Rationale 

New models of patient-reported outcomes (PRO) are suitable for the development of criteria using measurement theory. Biomarker validity will be assessed to predict the evolution of diseases and thus to improve quality of care. Innovative care strategies will undergo medico-economic assessment to support decision-making.
