Teaching and training (PIs I Chary Valckanaere, L Bresler,

A key goal of ARRIMAGE is to increase and disseminate the level of teaching and skills in our field of excellence, and to train care practitioners in the use of innovative techniques.

The integration of teaching and training health professionals, medical students and interns in initial curriculae and in continuing education into ARRIMAGE is a major goal of the project. Young and future researchers will participate in biology, clinical and epidemiological research for innovation and in improving the quality of care.
Current health professionals involved in ARRIMAGE will benefit from the best training so as to apply innovative techniques to improve patient care.

To reach these goals, partners will participate in and elaborate educational experiments and adopt modern delivery techniques (i.e. MOOCs) adapted to a changing public. These goals will be achieved through a complete program, from research initiation of young medical students to a high level of specialized training of interns and health professionals. This continuum in teaching and training will be supported by resources that include two complete master programs, the School of Public Health, the School of Surgery, innovative learning and training (e-learning and simulation), the “année de recherche” during internship and advanced interdisciplinary training seminars.
