Projet 3 : General aim

General aim

The FHU aims to develop innovative therapeutic approaches, to produce new biomarkers and new strategies and teaching in the precision medicine of pathological obesity by benefiting from original experimental models upstream of multidisciplinary clinical research using the networking of libraries, databases and very large regional, national and international cohorts. Highlighted technologies are used for the study of experimental models and large cohorts, including functional and morphological imagery, intensive calculations and data mining applied to simulation, modeling and knowledge extraction for the analysis of complex systems. Downstream of the deliverables of these major projects, technological developments in monitoring, telemedicine, assistance robotics and home support will make it possible to define and evaluate ambulatory strategies for the management of the handicap of chronic diseases related to pathological obesity.
